In this meditation I gently guide you into an embodied encounter with the existential discomfort of being you and of being in this world, while allowing our resistance to be there too.
I invite us to rest in the crosshairs of allowing yourself (and the world) to be exactly as you are, and the longing for things to be different — that mystical marriage of perfection and imperfection.
Into the paradox of this sacred tension, we bring in permission and appreciation, and expand the relaxation at the core of our being. In closing, I read a "poem" called Divine Child.
