This guided meditation begins with a luscious expansion of the senses, and from this wider, more resourced field of perception, acknowledging an aspect of ourselves that feels especially challenged right now. We sense into that part's young, limited worldview, and connect with a much deeper and more functional truth about ourselves, anchoring it as a new touchstone for navigating our life.

Note: my guided meditations are influenced by various teachers whose work has helped me along my path. I offer credit and deepest gratitude for:
The opening invitations of “…the breath releases…” and “…inhabit [your body]” come from Judith Blackstone’s Realization Process work.
The prompt “Allow everything to be exactly as it is” comes from Adyashanti.
Noticing the “Auditory Field” outside of the body comes from Trillium Awakening teacher, Krishna Gauci
Sensing “the young/ tender part in you” comes from Ann Weiser Cornell.
Anchoring into your expanded strength, then identifying our young part’s core self-belief, and then sensing into a more true story about you and your capacities to achieve your longing - these three steps come from Dr. Claire Zammit’s Feminine Power work.
The closing “thanking your body’s wisdom,” comes from Ann Weiser Cornell.
